SEMCO (Systemic EMpowered COmmunity)
Who's it For?: Our flagship program for teams within companies. SEMCO is designed to start with Senior Management and then expand to the entire organization. Our process has produced significant results with C-Suite, department-level and cross-functional teams, as well as with onboarding new hires.
Program Objective: To create innovative and empowered cultures where people love coming to work, by energizing organizations with a sense of community and higher purpose.
Our approach starts by creating deeply connected Systemic Empowered Communities of 6-8 people. The learned processes and habits build a culture of membership, empowerment and meaning, breaking down barriers and developing a collaborative environment to create innovative solutions to improve each member’s job, company and personal life.
PdEI (Process-designed Emotional Intelligence)
Who's it For?: CEOs or Senior Executives, to be part of a Forum of like-minded people.
Program Objective: Creates Forums for CEOs and Senior Executives. The objective of these forums is to balance the quality of our lives by openly sharing the biggest issues that deeply affect our personal lives; our relationships with family and friends; and our business.
Organizations exist to provide shared experiences among their CEO members. The most productive training comes from forming volunteer groups of 8-10 CEOS, from different, unrelated industries, that commit to meeting monthly to share their experiences. Although the early outcomes vary, over time, bonds are developed that allow the safety and comfort to openly disclose personal issues affecting their lives. These groups, or 'Forums' allows each to examine options from the shared experiences.
PDT-U (Process-designed Training for Universities)
Who's it For?: University students at approved Universities. Right now the course is not available for enrollment. If you would like to submit your University as a candidate to offer the course, please contact us today.
Program Objective: Our accelerated graduate course gives the same education as our CEO Forums in 9 weeks. The EI Graduate Course is used as a rapid accelerator for acquiring positive social habits. It serves as a catalyst to existing good habits, and teaches fundamental emotionally intelligent skills, acquired from evidence-based research, clinically proven to increase social adaptability. The program has been offered at DePaul University and University of Illinois at Chicago.

Program Objective: The Science of Charisma and Connection is comprised of two all-day sessions, three coaching sessions, and four two-hour meetings followed by (9) monthly two-hour meetings. This Process-Designed Training (PDT) follows an evidence-based, scientific method for increasing your social connection and leadership contribution. The course is designed for human resource and leadership development professionals, meeting in forum-like groups of minimum (6) and maximum (8) participants. The course includes assessments that effectively measure emotional and social competences, well-being, bonding and leadership impact measures.
